We are a team of Pelvic Health Physio's who believe in women being empowered and educated going into their birth. We know that single handedly we can only help a limited number of women but TOGETHER we can help many! Are you a Pelvic Floor Physio looking to educate your antenatal patients leading into their birth? You too could join our team and become a facilitator of our Born Ready practical workshops.
